South Square is not only one of the newest Summerlin Villages but also includes two distinct neighborhoods, Stonegate or Trilogy. KB Home constructed a selection of single family, one and double story houses in Charlotte’s Stonegate neighborhood.

South Square, in addition to being one the newest Summerlin Villages is also made up of Stonegate and Trilogy. KB Home built a series of single-family homes in the Stonegate neighborhood. Stonegate’s residences range in size from 1452 to 2466 square feet. Trilogy, a 55+ community, was built by Shea Homes. It includes condos and patio houses as well as paired attached homes. Below are all the South Square homes currently for sale, organized by price range.


Summerlin addresses are available in two locations in South Square. This provides the best convenience. Stonegate by KB Home, and Trilogy by Shea Homes is the newest subdivisions in the master-planned community. South Square is located just a short distance from Town Center Drive’s 215 Beltway. It is also close to major stores and the lively Gardens Plaza. This vibrant area is home to many local amenities, including prominent coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and other establishments. Because South Square is so close to the Beltway it makes it easy and quick to travel anywhere in the valley.


Gardens Park is located nearby and has a community center, basketball and volleyball courts, walking trails, as well as a weekly farmers market. The community is just a few minutes from Downtown Summerlin(r), which is the top regional shopping, dining and entertainment destination. There are more than 125 local, national and regional retail brands. There are also more than 30 restaurants, cafes and movie theatres that offer everything from fast food to fine dining. The practice facility for the Vegas Golden Knights is at City National Arena. Las Vegas Ballpark, a top-of-the-line AAA baseball park, is also located there. It is also wherethe Las Vegas Aviators baseball team plays their games.


Stonegate is a gated community with two distinct groups of single-family homes. Collection I contains five floorplans with two stories. They are 1,455 to 2,466 sq ft in size and include two to five bedrooms, two-and a half to four bathrooms, and a garage with a two-car car. You can have a basement or not. The Collection I residences begin at the mid-$300,000. Prices go up as you move up. Each of the four single-story floorplans from Collection II include a two-car garage. These range in size between 1452-1858 square feet. They have three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. The prices for properties in Collection II start at the upper $300,000.


Trilogy by Shea Homes offers 13 floorplans in both one- and 2-story elevations. These floorplans include vertical duplex, courtyard, and paired designs. Trilogy by Shea Homes was designed for active adults over 55 years old and features three collections of attached houses. Trilogy homes are available in sizes from 1,538 to 2,915 square footage and start at the mid $400,000s. You will also find a complete lifestyle package, which is unique in the area.
